Eligible for Return

  • • Major discrepancy from listed specifications
  • • Vehicle delivered differs from ordered model
  • • Documentation issues (missing papers, title problems)
  • • Safety concerns identified during inspection

Not Eligible for Return

  • • Normal wear and tear consistent with age/mileage
  • • Minor cosmetic issues disclosed in listing
  • • Change of mind or buyer's remorse
  • • Damage caused after delivery
  • • Returns initiated after 7-day window
  • • Vehicle driven more than 100km after delivery

If approved, we'll arrange free collection of the vehicle from your location at a mutually convenient time.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and verify the vehicle, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.

Partial Refund Conditions

  • • Excessive usage after delivery (refund minus usage charges)
  • • Return due to administrative errors

Refund Method

Since we use Cash on Delivery, refunds will be made via bank transfer to your provided account details.

  • • Limit usage to essential travel only
