Are refurbished phones reliable?
Yes, our refurbished phones are thoroughly tested and certified before sale. Each device undergoes a comprehensive quality check including battery testing, camera functionality, display quality, and overall performance. We also provide a 6-month warranty for added peace of mind.
How do you grade the condition of refurbished phones?
We use a grading system to categorize the condition of our refurbished phones:
- Grade A: Excellent condition with minimal signs of use
- Grade B: Good condition with minor cosmetic imperfections
- Grade C: Fair condition with noticeable wear but fully functional
Warranty & Support
What warranty do you provide?
All refurbished phones come with a 6-month warranty covering hardware defects and malfunctions. The warranty starts from the date of purchase and covers manufacturing defects, not physical damage or water damage.
What does the warranty cover?
The warranty covers:
- Hardware defects and malfunctions
- Battery issues (if battery fails within warranty period)
- Display problems not caused by physical damage
- Camera and sensor malfunctions
The warranty does NOT cover physical damage, water damage, or damage caused by misuse.
How do I claim warranty?
To claim warranty, contact our customer service team at +91 99999 99999 or email [email protected]. Provide your order number and describe the issue. We may request photos or videos of the problem before processing your warranty claim.
Ordering & Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
Currently, we only accept Cash on Delivery (COD) for payment. This allows you to pay for your order when it's delivered to your doorstep. We're working on adding more payment options in the future.
Can I track my order?
Yes, you can track your order using the "My Orders" section on our website. Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via SMS and email. You can also call our customer service for order updates.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order within 24 hours of placement, provided it hasn't been shipped. Contact our customer service team immediately to cancel your order. Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled but can be returned.

Do you provide free shipping?
Yes, we provide free shipping across India for all orders. There are no minimum order requirements or hidden charges.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery typically takes 2-5 business days depending on your location. Metro cities usually receive orders within 2-3 days, while remote areas may take 4-5 days. You'll receive tracking information once your order is shipped.
Do you deliver to my area?
We deliver to most areas across India. During checkout, you can enter your pincode to check if delivery is available in your area. If your area is not covered, we'll notify you and help find the nearest delivery location.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery. You can return the product if it's defective, not as described, or damaged during shipping. The product must be in original condition with all accessories and packaging.
How do I return a product?
To return a product:
- Contact our customer service within 7 days of delivery
- Get a Return Authorization (RA) number
- Pack the product with all accessories and documentation
- Ship it to the address provided by our team
How long does refund take?
Once we receive and inspect your returned product, approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. For COD orders, refunds are processed via bank transfer. You'll receive a confirmation email once the refund is processed.
Technical Questions
Are the phones unlocked?
Most of our refurbished phones are unlocked and can be used with any carrier. However, some phones may be carrier-locked. We clearly mention the lock status in the product description. If you're unsure, contact us before purchasing.
What accessories are included?
Accessories vary by product and are clearly mentioned in the product description. Typically, we include a charging cable and may include a charger, earphones, or other accessories depending on availability. Original accessories may not always be available.
Can I upgrade the software?
Yes, you can upgrade the software if updates are available for your device. However, we recommend checking compatibility before upgrading. Software upgrades are done at your own risk and may void the warranty if they cause issues.
