At Refurbished Mobile Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your refurbished mobile phone, you can return it within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to return your product. The return period starts from the day you receive the product.

- For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer
- You will receive a refund confirmation email

If your return is approved, you will receive a full refund of the product price. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
