3.2 Refurbished Products

All products sold are refurbished and may show signs of previous use. We grade each product based on its condition:

• Grade A: Excellent condition, minimal signs of use
• Grade B: Good condition, minor cosmetic imperfections
• Grade C: Fair condition, noticeable wear but fully functional

4. Orders and Payments

4.1 Order Acceptance

Your order is an offer to purchase products. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order. Order confirmation does not guarantee acceptance.

4.2 Pricing

All prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. If a pricing error is discovered after purchase, we will contact you for instructions.

4.3 Payment Methods

We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) only. Other payment methods may be added in the future.

5. Shipping and Delivery

5.1 Delivery Areas

We deliver across India. Some remote areas may not be covered or may have additional delivery charges.

5.2 Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on location and product availability. We are not responsible for delays beyond our control.

5.3 Risk of Loss

Risk of loss and title pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages once handed over to the courier.

6. Warranty and Returns

6.1 Warranty Period

All products come with a 6-month warranty covering hardware defects. Warranty does not cover:

• Physical damage or water damage
• Normal wear and tear
• Damage caused by misuse or negligence
• Software issues not related to hardware

6.2 Return Policy

Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are defective or not as described. Returns must be in original condition with all accessories.
