2.1 Serviceable Locations
We deliver to all major cities and towns across India including:
- Metro Cities: Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Pune, Ahmedabad
- Tier 1 Cities: Jaipur, Lucknow, Kanpur, Nagpur, Indore, Bhopal, Visakhapatnam, Patna
- Tier 2/3 Cities: Most district headquarters and major towns
- Rural Areas: Villages with proper postal codes (subject to courier availability)
2.2 Non-Serviceable Areas
Currently, we do not deliver to:
- Remote hill stations without proper road connectivity
- Islands (except major ones like Andaman & Nicobar with proper courier service)
- Areas with restricted access due to security reasons
- International destinations (India only)
3. Shipping Charges
3.1 Free Shipping
We offer FREE shipping on all orders across India. There are no minimum order requirements or hidden charges.
3.2 Additional Charges
In exceptional cases, additional charges may apply for:
- Remote locations requiring special courier arrangements
- Multiple delivery attempts due to customer unavailability
- Re-delivery requests to different addresses
Any additional charges will be communicated before shipping and require customer approval.
4. Delivery Times

- Major Cities: 2-3 business days
- Other Cities/Towns: 3-5 business days
- Remote Areas: 5-7 business days
4.2 Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 24 hours of confirmation. Processing includes:

- Dispatch from warehouse

- Third Attempt: Final attempt before return to warehouse

- Correct and complete delivery address
- Valid phone number for contact
- Availability during delivery hours
- Valid ID proof for verification
7.3 Undelivered Orders
If delivery cannot be completed after 3 attempts:
- Order will be returned to our warehouse
- Customer will be notified via phone/email
- Re-delivery can be arranged upon request
- Order cancellation and refund if preferred

9. Delivery Issues

- We will arrange for replacement or refund
